Please allow 2–3 business days for order review and processing. Styles printed to order require additional production time before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Where will my order ship from?

Depending on the style, your order may be fulfilled by our production partners in the United States or China. Internationally fulfilled styles require additional transit time. Orders containing items from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

How long does shipping take?

For orders delivered within the United States, U.S.-fulfilled items typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. This transit estimate does not include order processing or any additional production time.

Items fulfilled from China take longer to arrive. Delivery times vary by style, destination, and shipping method. Customs processing and carrier delays can affect delivery. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $100 USD or more after discounts, before taxes. For U.S. orders below $100 and international orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, shipment weight, and available shipping methods.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking information when each package ships. If your order arrives in separate packages, each shipment will have its own tracking information.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

For orders delivered in separate packages, each item’s return window begins on its delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a return label, its cost will be disclosed before you confirm your return and deducted from your refund.
